Woodrow

Woodrow is an old farm community that started in 1910.  Homestead life was hard here.  Many settlers could not make payments on their acreage. As a result, property was foreclosed or bought out by others.

Many people left during the later years.  By 1950 the town was nearly abandoned.  There are still a few farmers that live in the area.  A few abandoned homesteads are spread throughout the town.

Woodrow is found about 7.5 miles north of Delta.
